Rebecca McEwan

I have been a qualified chef for 8 years and in the catering industry for 16 years. I enjoy working as a chef, but have found my true passion lies in cake decorating.

As fondlyiced is a business run from home, I spend all my spare time experimenting with new ideas and learning new skills.

I started cake decorating about 4 years ago for friends and family, and the returned trade and great joy involved in decorating cakes has made me decide to start my own cake company.

Cakes are traditionally made as victoria sponge, chocolate sponge or fruit cake.

Delivery or pick up can be arranged during order.
